This is a open shore & highly risky for juniors. We ran plenty of offshore events in Durban for Dabbies & Oppies but these were restricted to sailors whom we thought were competent. if you run the Nationals offshore you will have to accept all legal skippers competent or not They had better have lots of rescue boats & competent crew.
